We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having but are happy to help! Please see the step-by-step instructions for signing up for and redeeming your ID.me discount for your TULA purchase.
At checkout, tap the green 'Verify with ID.me' button, you’ll be redirected to a new page & asked to select the appropriate group (nurse, teacher, etc.).
- After choosing, you’ll be asked to register your account then provide verification info (SSN or other certifications/credentials specific to your profession).
- Once you’ve finished setting up, look for two emails from ID.me: one confirming your account & the other confirming your information has been verified & approved.
- As soon as ID.me verifies you, you’ll be able to access the TULA discount.
